| My first order was intercepted by customs. I was upset and contacted Customer Service. I was assured this rarely happened and they would re send my order out the next day. I just got it after 9 days.
I was very happy with the price of the product and their excellent CSR agent. I would like to see the shipping price go down but can live with that. |
